Why we started this

We started Lion City Plumbers after years of working for bigger renovation firms and watching the same pattern: friendly sales call, vague price, ballooning invoice, plumber who never comes back if something fails.

We decided to run the opposite playbook. One person answers the phone (no IVR). You get a price band before we leave the workshop. We send a photo report after every job, and a written 90-day warranty on every repair. If something fails inside that window, we come back free — labour and parts.

How we price

Most Singapore plumbing pricing is bad on purpose — opaque so the technician can price-discriminate on the doorstep. We don't do that. Every service has a published call-out fee on the Services page, and labour is itemised on the invoice. If a job turns out bigger than the phone description suggested, we stop and re-quote before continuing.

How we hire

Every plumber on the team is PUB-licensed. New hires shadow a senior for 30 days and pass a competency check before they go solo. We do not subcontract — the person who shows up at your door is on our payroll.

How we handle complaints

If a job goes wrong, you reach the owner directly. No call-centre, no escalation queue. WhatsApp the main line and your message lands on a phone we read on the weekends too.
